Experience the synergistic blend of massage and one on one yoga, customized to your unique needs. This healing treatment begins with a 30 minute massage to warm muscles and increase blood supply to the identified areas of discomfort or tightness. The massage is followed by 30 minutes of one on one yoga to more deeply stretch and release the areas. A consultation with instruction for home practice completes this treatment.
